Do you ship overseas?
We currently only ship within the contiguous United States. However, we’re actively exploring international shipping and plan to expand to more markets in the near future. In the meantime, we recommend joining our email list and following us on social media—you’ll be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.
How long will it take to get my orders?
We ship orders every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. In most cases, your order will be processed and shipped on the next shipping day. Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

The V2 brewer is the perfect size for brewing a few cups of coffee or tea! The brewer design is aesthetic and the thoughtful filter design with magnets is very functional and easy to use and clean! It’s super easy to change between brewing tea or coffee. The cups are beautifully designed and feel great in my hand. It’s a great show piece on my counter too!
Finally found a brewer that treats both tea and coffee equally well. The magnetic mechanism makes tea brewing fun and mess-free!

It’s a gift for my son. Delivery was excellent. Arrived sooner than I expected.
The capacity of the 'upper bowl' was disappointing. I used to brew some cacao and the yield was only about 4 ounces. Brewing the cacao takes 10 minutes. I had to do a second pass for another 10 minutes for a decent size cup of beverage. The handle seems delicate, also.

It is a Christmas present for daughter. It was packaged perfect and what I was looking for.
this "big baby" is fantastic, and brewing coffee with the Volarr paper is a total game-changer. My pour-overs taste so much brighter and cleaner now, and the faster flow means I get no more bitterness or over-extraction. However, the flow speed can sometimes be a bit too fast (which is GREAT and controllable), so I'd recommend grinding your coffee a little finer than you would for a usual flat dripper like a Kalita Wave.

Not much to say other than the fact that it's everything it's meant be and it was so well packaged upon arrival. A beautiful well crafted piece that adds a bit of elegance to my countertop.
This is a perfect happy medium for me, I’m still figuring out portions a bit but so far have had some delicious coffee and tea and love the sleek design.. I have a espresso maker but this was the missing piece for me . Super worth it for me!

This Tea/Coffee Brewer is everything I wanted it to be. It’s simplicity and elegance are what I have wanted for years in my home for my tea and coffee service for guests after dinner and for myself, it meets my needs for a tea service ritual. I love it.

So far, I’ve only brewed tea with the Volarr, but I absolutely love it. It’s very well built, easy to assemble and disassemble to clean. Teas that I’ve brewed taste pure and have no off flavors. With other brewers I’ve had issues with cinnamon teas transferring flavor to subsequent brews due to being made of plastic. I haven’t had to worry about that with the Volarr.
