Changed your mind or made an error during your purchase? No worries; it happens to all of us! We offer a 30-day return policy for all products purchased directly from our website. All we ask is that the items are returned unused, in resalable condition, and with all original packaging and accessories.
To initiate a return, U.S. customers can submit a request here. You will receive a prepaid return label within 48 hours.(the return postage fee of US$9.90 will be deducted from your refund).
Once we receive the package and it passes our inspection, we will issue your refund within 5 business days. Please note that we are unable to process a refund for any return we have not received, or for items that do not meet our return-goods standards.
Please note that we are unable to refund any shipping fees associated with an order.
Steps to Return an Item

Receive Return Authorization: Within 48 business hours, our team will provide you with a return shipping label.
Ship the item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, include the order confirmation document, and use the provided return shipping label.
Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please submit a request here immediately upon receiving the package. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover any shipping costs incurred.
Please note that normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, stains, and other marks, are not counted as defective.
