If you receive a product with defects, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In most cases, we will arrange a replacement for the affected item(s).

For glassware, please note that due to the inherent fragility of glass, we are unable to guarantee against breakage during use. Should your glass item break, please reach out to our team and we will do our best to provide replacement parts.

As our glassware is handcrafted by skilled glass artisans, slight variations and imperfections are a natural characteristic of handmade goods. We do, however, ensure that all products meet our quality standards and are free from functional defects before shipment.
